ProSapiens HR is excited to partner with our esteemed client, a global innovator in the medical device sector, to find a highly meticulous and experienced Supply Chain Specialist with a strong focus on Order Management. This crucial role, based 5 days a week from our Noida corporate office, is ideal for a professional ready to optimize our order-to-cash cycle & contribute to seamless product delivery.
If you have a proven track record in managing sales orders, coordinating dispatches, & thriving in a fast-paced product-based environment, particularly within Pharma or Medical Devices, we encourage you to apply!
What You’ll Do:
🔹Lead Order Processing: Efficiently receive, sanitize, & process sales & sample orders from the sales team, ensuring accuracy & timely execution.
🔹Billing & Reconciliation: Coordinate actively with our head office for billing, & meticulously reconcile submitted orders against billed quantities.
🔹Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely product dispatch & provide essential dispatch updates to the sales force.
🔹Customer & Credit Management: Process credit notes and manage customer master data, ensuring precision in all records.
🔹Support Import Logistics: Assist with tracking international shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders & CHAs for customs clearance, & ensuring documentation is in order for inbound materials.
🔹Promotional Material Handling: Oversee the logistics of marketing input materials, from import to warehouse delivery & inventory reporting.
🔹Generate Key Reports: Prepare essential MIS reports, including inventory reconciliation, non-moving inventory, transportation performance, & sales order status.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain roles, with a significant focus on Order Management or Sales Coordination.
🔹Industry Background: Essential experience from the Medical, Pharmaceutical, or other product-based industries. (Candidates from service/processing companies will not be considered).
🔹Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a must; an MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain is highly preferred.
🔹Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for advanced reporting & data analysis.
🔹Commitment: Willingness to work extended hours during the last week of every month to support critical month-end activities.
