What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow key client accounts
- Drive retention through smart engagement with HR & Finance teams
- Lead business reviews and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships with CXOs
What You Bring:
- 2–5 yrs in Insurance Broking (preferably H&B)
- Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CHROs, HRs, CFOs is a big plus
